Point of Sales (POS) terminals in 4 different geographical locations were to be connected on-line to the main ERP system. |

Installed in less than 1 month, iSeries2web was used as XML socket data communicator with on-line item/orders transfer from the ERP system to the POS terminals and on-line financial transactions from the POS terminals to the ERP system. |

Result |
The new interface brought 100 % transaction transparency due to real-time information via on-line POS/ERP integration supported by iSeries2web. No specially designed programs were employed in the protocol transferring XML data between the systems keeping costs to a minimum. |
